We are pleased to offer local pickup at the UPS Brentwood Storefront, located at:
7115 Southpoint Pkwy #5, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Pickup Instructions

Pickup Time Window: Please adhere to the designated pickup times provided for your order.
Identification Requirement:
- The person picking up the order must present a valid ID to match the name on the order.
- If someone else is picking up on your behalf, you must notify the bakery in advance.

Third-Party Pickup

To authorize another person to pick up your order:

Send a Written Email to inform the bakery of the individual’s name.
Make a Phone Call or Send a Text to confirm the arrangement.
We will label the pickup box correctly based on the provided information.

DELIVERY

Delivery Policy

At Nazia's Cake Garden, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered with care and efficiency. To achieve this, we have partnered with Roadie, a division of UPS, for all delivery services.

Delivery Guidelines

Delivery Window: Each driver operates within a 3-hour delivery window. Please ensure someone is available during this timeframe to receive your order.
Signature and Photo for Large Orders:
- For large or high-value orders, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.
- Drivers will also take a photo of the delivered item to confirm successful delivery.

Customer Responsibility

Accurate Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing the order. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to the bakery at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
Receiving the Order: Please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery, especially for large orders requiring a signature.

Damages or Issues

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. Include the delivery photo and details so we can assist promptly.

Delivery Availability

Delivery services are subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of your order. Additional delivery fees may apply based on the location and size of the order.
